1. Product Quality & Standards

All water softener salt tablets supplied by Crystal Clear Solutions (Anjani Traders) conform to Bureau of Indian Standards IS 797 Grade 1 specifications (minimum 99.7% pure NaCl, vacuum-evaporated, zero insoluble silica mud). Batch Test Certificates (COA) are available on request for commercial and institutional buyers.

2. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is tiered transparently: 1–5 bags (up to 125 kg) are ₹25/kg (₹625/bag, delivery extra); 5–20 bags (125–500 kg) are ₹20/kg (₹500/bag, delivery extra); and orders of 20+ bags (500+ kg) are ₹20/kg (₹500/bag) with 100% FREE doorstep delivery in Jaipur. Payments may be made via UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), Bank NEFT/RTGS, or Cash on Delivery upon inspection.

3. Delivery & Dispatch Terms

Jaipur local orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are dispatched same-day within 2–4 hours. Regional Rajasthan orders are booked with commercial transport carriers within 24 hours. Delivery is made to ground floor / utility entrance or doorstep as arranged.

4. Replacement Guarantee

If any bag is received torn or damaged in transit, we provide an immediate 100% free replacement bag without hassle during delivery.

5. Business Jurisdiction

Crystal Clear Solutions operates as Anjani Traders, registered at 202 Windsor Plaza, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001. All commercial transactions are governed under Jaipur jurisdiction.
